How long does shipping take?

5–9 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery: 7–12 days. Shipping is free across the EU.

How do I find my size?

Check the Size & Fit section on each product page — it includes our size chart and model reference measurements.

What's your return/exchange policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Contact info@dielina.com to start a return — once approved, we'll send a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
