When will my order be processed?

How long does shipping take?

5–9 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery: 7–12 days. Shipping is free across the EU.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Not quite right? Email info@dielina.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return, then send your item back within 14 days of notifying us.

You’re welcome to try your item on as you would in a shop. Please return it in its original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. Handling beyond what is needed to check the item may result in a deduction for any loss in value.
